Hypnosis is a very natural, pleasant, safe, and non-drug induced state that virtually anyone can attain. When under hypnosis, your focus turns inward and you become extremely relaxed - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. You gain access to your subconscious mind, where 90% of your total mind power resides and positive behavioural changes originate.

You never give up control of your mind or body in hypnosis. Since the subconscious mind is always present during hypnosis, it hears and remembers everything.
Positive suggestions in support of your specific goals are repetitively implanted into your subconscious where they ultimately take root, develop, and then manifest as desired changes in thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, feelings, and actions.

It is, by definition, a deeply relaxed, focused state; so when you're in hypnosis, you feel very relaxed, comfortable, peaceful, calm and secure - all the very pleasant feelings that being relaxed entails. While under hypnosis you can move your body, use all your five senses, and speak. You lose none of the abilities you have during normal wakefulness.
